The Hot Chicken hoggies Burger is prepared by tossing chicken hoggies that have been purchased elsewhere in a hot and spicy sauce before stacking them on a bun with cole slaw and pickles.
There is an abundance of scrumptious coleslaw mixtures available to purchase right now on the market. In the spirit of making something that was only partially handmade, I began by preparing a kale slaw mix that included Brussels sprouts and cabbage in addition to kale. You are free to use any coleslaw mix that strikes your fancy, or you may prepare cabbage slaw from scratch on your own.
While the chicken by itself has a noticeable level of heat, when it is served with the coleslaw, pickles, and bread, the flavor is nicely tempered. When you are putting together your burger, make sure that you don’t skimp on the coleslaw or the pickles.

While the chicken hoggies are baking, you can get started on the coleslaw by combining all of the ingredients. Take the thing off the table and put it away. To make the spice mix, just mix all of the individual spice components together. Take the thing off the table and put it away.
Before taking the chicken hoggies out of the oven, heat the one-fifth cup of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for several minutes. After the chicken hoggies have been cooked through, place them in a frying pan that has been preheated with oil and fry them for three minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. When the chicken hoggies have reached the desired golden brown color, remove them from the oven and transfer them carefully but quickly to a serving platter. Take the skillet off the heat immediately. When adding butter to boiling oil, proceed with extreme caution (*it may splatter, so keep your hands away).
As soon as the butter begins to froth, whisk the spice combination in as rapidly as you can. Place the chicken hoggies back into the pan, then add the sauce and stir to coat everything. After ensuring a uniform coating, move the mixture to a baking sheet.
To prepare the burger, first lightly toast the buns, then pour a good amount of coleslaw over the top of each bun. Place pickle slices on top of the coleslaw before serving. Place three pieces of the hot chicken on top, along with a couple extra pickle slices.
