We rarely take stock of all the positive things we do, all the small things that contribute to our forward momentum.
It is possible to change your self-doubt, negative self-talk and self-doubt. This will help you see your worth and increase your motivation. It works in both directions. Recognize when you are doing something that is not in your best interest or against your motivation. Then, change your mind and take action to fix it.

Let others lift you up. It’s contagious to be around like-minded people. You don’t have to talk to them. Just watching them do their daily routines and accomplish their goals will inspire you. Keep going. We stop trying. We let ourselves down. We fail to do what we should be doing and decide that we are entitled to a day off. If we take a day off from our habit-forming routine too soon, we let ourselves fall back into old patterns that don’t suit us anymore. We should not reward ourselves with a day off.
Reward yourself. It could be something as simple as a pair of shoes or a shirt we love, but we reserve it for when we achieve a goal. It doesn’t matter if your goal is to complete five things on your list in a single day. You should only reward yourself for reaching that goal. Small rewards can be given for small goals, but big rewards are for bigger goals.
There are many ways to motivate you. This doesn’t mean it has to be on this list. You can make your own list. You can think back to the things that motivated you in the past, and try them again. It doesn’t really matter where you find it. It doesn’t matter how you find the motivation.
