They just want to book him
A lawbreaker court in Mohali has given the warrant against the Delhi BJP representative, guiding Punjab Police to capture him.
Responding to a Mohali court giving a new capture warrant against Delhi BJP representative Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, his dad affirmed that the AAP-drove Punjab government needs to book him for ‘some situation or the other’. Addressing news organization ANI on Saturday, a day after Bagga was captured by the Punjab Police and delivered after Delhi and Haryana cops mediated, his dad Preetpal Singh Bagga said, “Delhi Police is available here in Janakpuri, they will be with us in every single lawful activity and we will help out them.”
“Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga stands accused of the offense culpable under segments 153-A, 505, 505(2), 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC),” the lawbreaker court said in its capture warrant for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) pioneer, guiding Punjab Police to capture and create him before the concerned seat.
The 36-year-old, an ardent pundit of the AAP and, specifically, party’s public convenor Arvind Kejriwal, was in Friday captured by a group of the Punjab Police for a supposed fiery tweet against the Delhi boss clergyman. In any case, while he was being taken to Mohali to be created before an officer, the Punjab Police group was impeded by the Haryana Police, which reports to the state’s BJP government.
Ultimately, he was taken back to the public capital by the Delhi Police, which reports to the Union home service, and in this way, the BJP-drove Center. The Delhi cops have documented a FIR against their Punjab partners for ‘seizing’ Bagga.
In the mean time, a large group of guests met the Bagga family today at their home in Delhi’s Janakpuri. BJP MP Tejasvi Surya, who likewise heads the party’s childhood wing, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), was among the individuals who met the family.
